Refund and Exchange Policy
Refunds
If you are not satisfied with your SmileVino purchase, please call Toll Free at 1-866-403-5778 for a refund request within 15 calendar days from the date of delivery. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the SmileVino Winery within 30 calendar days of the original delivery date to receive credit. Open bottles can only be exchanged. No shipping charges will be refunded unless the return is a result of our error.
Returns
If a SmileVino product needs to be exchanged, please call Toll Free at 1-866-403-5778 to request a replacement. Exchanges involving items with price variations may incur additional charges. Shipping charges will not be applied for exchanges involving defective products. If an item is damaged during shipping, a replacement will be sent immediately and no charge will be made to the consumer.
