Photo Submission Guidelines

SmileVino Smile Search Contest

How to submit photos:

• Photos may be submitted in color or black & white.
• Photos may be submitted as a vertical or a horizontal.
• Crop your photo to a maximum size of 1000 pixels on the longest side and save as highest resolution JPEG.
• Rename each submission using the photographer’s full name followed by "Smile Search" and a unique frame number i.e. "Jane Doe Smile Search1.jpg".
• You can send in up to three photos
• Carefully read and be sure you understand the Assignment of Rights and Originality as well as the Rules and Regulations for the photos you are submitting.

Photo content:

We are looking for "real people" and want to see your best smile. So choose photos that show you as you really are. Please ensure that you comply with the following content rules:

• The person depicted in the photograph(s) must be of legal drinking age.
• If you are chosen as the winner of the SmileVino Smile Search contest, a model release will be required.
• No offensive photographs may be entered.
• All photographs must be the original works of the photographer.

If we like your Smile the best:

• We will use you as a model in one of our upcoming photo shoots for your image to be used on a future wine label. You provide the smile.
• Photographs may be retouched and/or altered as required for our commercial use and at our discretion.
• By accepting any prize, winner(s) consent to use of her photograph and name for any advertising and/or publicity purposes without financial or any other forms of compensation.
